We are Legal Document Assistants also known as LDAs, who are registered, bonded and qualified to help you with preparation of the documents in your family law matter.  We have 28 years’ experience with document preparation , specifically in the area of Family Law.  

We believe that the dissolution of marriage process and other family law processes should be affordable and readily available. Most people still believe that these matters require an attorney.  However, this is not accurate.  An attorney can be very expensive and accordingly, out of reach for many people. Not being able to afford an attorney should not keep you in a marriage that you want dissolved. This is where we can help you because we know the process and can assist you with document preparation throughout all stages of your family law matter.

Additionally, with our convenient pricing schedule you are in control of your costs and how much you want to pay.  Specifically, you can choose to pay our office to draft your entire divorce or you can choose to have our office prepare one document.
